These Terms and Conditions apply to visitors to the website ocantinhodasami.pt and to any transactions of a commercial nature carried out through it.

Product prices are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate.
The photos shown in the description of the respective products are representative of them, an article from the same batch with similar dimensions and characteristics will be sent, with the exception of collection items or identified as rare, in which the product shown in the image will be sent. Take into account the following factors: Color change due to the production season or lack of sunlight exposure due to shipping; variegate plants may have other color variations, while still being variegate; Flowering plants may no longer be flowering at the time of shipment. We recommend that the Customer consult the detailed description of the product in order to obtain complete information about the respective characteristics.
Cantinho is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any information, content, statements, identifications or expressions contained in the texts of articles sold on the site. The authorship of the content of the descriptions of the Products comes from the research, producers and distributors of the articles in question.
In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the actual characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.
Any incorrect product information on the website in terms of descriptions, details and prices detected by the user allows us to refuse your order.
All contractual information is written in Portuguese, as well as the information on the articles, email communications and formalization of the sale.
4. Intellectual and industrial property

We do not issue CITES plant health certificates.
Once the order has been placed, these risks are understood and accepted.
